Steps
- Open Set-up → 3 Your officers.
- Under each office, select + Invite and enter the person’s full name, email, office and term dates. Elected offices need an end date.
- Add a personal message if you like, then send. Invitations last 7 days.
- Track each invitation: Invited, Accepted, Declined or Expired. Resend or withdraw as needed.
What happens next
Each officer gets an email to create their sign-in. Before you can activate, a Treasurer and at least one other approving officer (Chair, Board member or Credit committee) must accept.
Common problems
"A supervisory committee member cannot also sit on the board"
Some offices can't be held together. Choose a different person for one of the offices.
"This invitation has expired. Ask the person who invited you to send a new one."
Select Resend next to the expired invitation.
