Record an election and office terms

Steps

1. Open Governance → Elections and select Create election: office, seats, meeting date and meeting type.
2. After the meeting, select Record result and enter the winners.
3. A board member selects Ratify.
4. On Offices, select Appoint to office for each winner, with term start and end. Required checks are shown before you submit.

What happens next

The officer’s powers start on the term start date and end automatically when the term ends. Expiring terms show on Overview 90 days ahead.
