Steps

  1. Open Year-end → Member entitlement.
  2. Search for the member and choose the financial year.
  3. Read each line: type, whether they were eligible, the basis and the amount, with the reason.

What happens next

For example: “Share dividend · Not eligible · ₦0.00 · Junior members cannot hold shares, so there is no dividend basis.” You can share this explanation with the member.
