What "Needs changes" means and how to fix it

Steps

1. Open Set-up → 5 Verification. The status reads Needs changes.
2. Read each listed item: it names the document or field, says what is wrong, and has a button to fix it.
3. Correct the detail or upload a clearer document. For example, make the registration number you entered match the certificate.
4. Select Submit for verification again.

What happens next

Your society goes back to In review. You don’t lose anything you entered.
