Appraise a loan as the credit committee
Who can do this Credit committee
Steps
- Open Loans, tick Waiting on me, and open an application in Appraisal.
- Open the Appraisal tab and review the ten checks (member standing, arrears, borrowing capacity, existing exposure and more), each marked Pass, Warn or Fail.
- Select Appraise, choose Approve, Decline or Refer back, and write a note.
- Confirm.
What happens next
The application moves to Decision. The officer who appraised can’t also record a decision on the same loan.
Common problems
"You cannot approve a request you made."
Another credit committee member must appraise an application you created.
