Confirm your email and sign in for the first time

Before you start
- Have your phone with you for the sign-in code.
Steps
- Open the email titled Confirm your email to set up your society (with your society’s name) and select Confirm my email.
- On Your email is confirmed, select Sign in.
- Enter your email and password and select Continue.
- Enter the 6-digit code we send to your phone and select Verify. On your first sign-in this phone is saved for future codes.
- You arrive on Overview in Practice, with a welcome panel. Choose Start set-up or Explore Practice.
What happens next
You can sign in from now on with your password and a code. Sessions end after 15 minutes without activity, and after 12 hours in any case.
Common problems
"This link has expired"
Links last 24 hours. Select Send a new link, or use Resend the email on the Check your email page.
"That code isn't right. You have 2 attempts left."
Check you're using the latest code. Codes last 10 minutes; after 5 wrong attempts, sign in again to get a new one.
"We couldn't send a text. Use email instead."
Select Use email instead to get the code by email.
